Volunteer Workday – south Chinquapin Bluffs

Help volunteer Mary Jo Adams establish a new trail on the south section of Chinquapin Bluffs by removing brush along the trail. Involves some physical activity navigating uneven ground, using loppers/handsaws, and handheld herbicide sprayers. Please bring water, work gloves, sturdy shoes, long pants, and bug spray.

Click here for directions to the south gate of Chinquapin Bluffs.  If this is your first time to Chinquapin Bluffs, don’t be alarmed by the statues and signs at the corner of 375N and 2225E (pictured below).  The lane past them is publicly accessible and leads to the Chinquapin Bluffs gate.
