Stewardship Workday

Come out to ParkLands Letcher Basin preserve and help lead stewards clip invasive teasel heads from the prairie! These seed heads are about to drop, so we must get them out soon! Dress for outdoor working conditions (long pants, covered ankles, closed-toed shoes, long sleeves recommended). Be sure to wear bug-spray, sunscreen, and bring a refillable water bottle. All tools and supplies will be provided, if you do have your own gloves and garden clippers please bring them. All experience levels welcome, all ages welcome (under 18 must be accompanied by an adult). We look forward to seeing you there!
