ParkLands Nature Quest Kickoff Party at the Illinois Art Station

Come enjoy all the nature that ParkLands Preserves have to offer during the Nature Quest Challenge. Visit any of our 5 featured preserves (Letcher Basin, Chinquapin South, Merwin, Lexington Preserve, and Moon Preserve) between June 20th and July 26th, and use the iNaturalist™ app to document the nature you see. Prizes will be awarded for most species observed in several categories.
Don’t know how to use iNaturalist™? Join us on June 20th at the Illinois Art Station for a kick-off meeting and iNaturalist™ training. After the presentation, we will practice entering observations in the iNaturalist™ app while exploring native gardens close to the Illinois Art Station.
